Refund policy

- Shipments are currently only available within the United States.

- Orders usually get to destination within a week of sending out.

- All items are made to order.

- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the item starts to be made.  

- Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures, and send them to derrick@bnthreads.com
