What is the return policy?
Our items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the product begins to be made.
If ordering a custom design, please ensure that everything is spelled correctly before submitting names/logos.
Remember to look at the sizing options for each product to determine your best fit. You can always reach out to us and ask about any recommended sizes, or product questions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us. Take pictures and email us. We will do what we can to make things right.
When will I get my order?
Each item is made after the purchase is completed. So we ask that you please allow 3-5 Business days before your item ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. We currently only ship in the United States.
